Shipping policy

WaterWatch ships from Texas via standard ground shipping. Pre-orders are expected toship Summer 2026 — you'll receive tracking info by email when your unit ships. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after ship date, US only. We don't currently ship internationally.

If your package arrives damaged, email forrest@wtrwatch.com with photos within 7 days and we'll make it right.
